"This place is very deceiving. The photos look great, but the rooms look nothing like what’s shown online. The blanket was dirty, and even after we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, it still wasn’t done properly. There was no AC, no Wi-Fi, and no TV. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unaware of what was happening most of the time. For the price they charge, the experience is far below standard. It’s a shame because the location is great, but the rooms simply don’t match the expectations set by the photos."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were unclean, the floor was dirty, and the overall maintenance was extremely poor. The AC in the bedroom did not work properly, and the living area had no fan or AC at all. Basic facilities were missing-there was no sink pipe, no toiletries, no glasses provided in advance, and the kettle was dirty. Even for water bottles and glasses, we had to call 4-5 times before they were delivered. There was no place to hang clothes, not even a chair in the room. The hallways were also unclean and had a constant smell of smoke. The service was very poor, and for the price of ₹3500, the property is definitely not worth it. We had booked this place only due to immediate requirement, otherwise it is not suitable, especially for families."

"The service was unacceptable. I had to call the reception 7–8 times to fix a non-working TV remote, and every time they said someone was coming but no one showed up. We checked in at 4 PM and the issue was finally resolved around 10 PM. The curtain covered only half the window, so light kept coming in all night. The room was dusty when we entered. We also tried to turn off the AC because the room was too cold, but the remote didn’t work for that either."

Had the worst experience with this hotel. Reception people are totally unaware of anything. The so called incharge person SURAJ is totally unavailable and irresponsible. No one is aware of anything. Valet parking is disgusting. The mall charges from you when you exit. They do not give hotel staff at the time of checkout or take eternity to provide the same. You have manage on your own to stuff to unload and move to parking. Bad Choice. Unprofessional attitude at it’s pea. Pls do not book this hotel for this event"
